Arts Empowering Clean Energy Awareness

Over 20  artists working on 19 projects (some collaboratively) throughout the Southern Tier have been awarded Arts & Clean Energy Awareness grants of $1000 to $4000 to develop artwork on the theme of “Our Common Energy Future”.

This summer, awarded artists will create visual art, murals, performing art, literary art, storytelling, or film with a community engagement element to raise awareness of clean energy options and practices.

The Arts & Clean Energy Awareness grant is made possible by Cornell Cooperative Extension Smart Energy Choices program--your Regional Clean Energy Hub for the Southern Tier--in partnership with art organizations throughout the region.
